I reached 15k on my WIP over the weekend!
And it feels like 50k, this book baby has been a bit of a beast for me the last couple of weeks. After reviewing my outline mid August I realized I hadn’t quite set up one of my characters the way I needed to in book 1 and now I’m trying to write book 2 as if I had, since I hope to fix that in the second draft. But, it’s harder than you might think. I am, however, feeling like I’m getting these characters back in line as I approach the first act of climax, so hopefully that will help the rest of this book flow smoother.
